They said it was because I booked through a thirdparty, but I have never had trouble before. There was no manager on duty to clarify. Except for that, an overall great lodging experience.

Front desk was helpful I had to ask about the breakfast but they answered everything , I was a little disappointed by the room I got a balcony room but when we got to the room it just had a sliding door and we were on the ground level it was the second floor . There was a bag of dog poop there outside our room and was still there when we left the next morning at checkout time .The room was kinda clean the sheet did have like makeup on it but it was on the outside so I thought maybe from a worker just fixing the bed up. the chair for the desk had been peelingin the back at the top. But everything was nice had a ice box and two glasses it was nice we made our own drinks . There was a coffee machine and a tea option , went to the spa it was 10 out of 10 did the couple massage verry nice ! Breakfast was good we sat kinda in the front and our server kinds forgot about us with drinks and stuff but it happens if was busy very nice hotel overall I would stay again

The only issue I had with our stay was that there were no snacks in the room. My husband and I both work a night shift so we are used to being up in the late hours while everyone is asleep. We got hungry and we were not prepared for nothing being open near by to get anything to eat. We were starving by the time food services were available.

Being a Hilton I expected much more. One sit down restaurant inside on the main floor, the other option was closed. Otherwise you had to go downstairs to the casino to find other options. Room had very dated furniture, the office chair in the room was peeling on the backside. Beds were firmer than I liked but may suit someone else. Lady that checked me in had zero personality, all front desk staff that we encountered would not be the face of a brand that is known for hospitality.

The room was very nice, but the hotel itself needs a little bit of an upgrade. Probably won't stay there again. While the staff was really nice, service was pretty slow and options were very few.

Nice staff, great service at Red Sage, modern, comfortable clean room. The only negative was no room service, but take out at the restaurants to get you out to the casino. No gambling in the hotel proper kept it quiet and relaxing.
