The rooms are clean and updated. The food and drinks were a lovely addition to our stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and made great recommendations for local places to explore and dine. We will absolutely look to stay at Drury again!

This hotel was amazing. There is a deliberate focus on giving customers a great experience, and this is evident from arrival to departure. The location is great as the major tourist attractions are within walking distance. The free breakfast and evening kickback were also amazing. In summary, will highly recommend this hotel.

Lots of ymca kids in the hotel in the evening of Friday, 11/7, making noise, slamming doors, running all over the hotel lobby etc., Management and front desk staff ignored my complaints saying, "Nothing we can do about it" and "We can't even move you to a quieter room because the YMCA kids are our biggest customer and they're everywhere and that we're all sold out." I couldn't sleep all night due to the noise. It sucked!! I left early next morning without eating breakfast to avoid the noise and crowding at the breakfast area. Sucked!! Don't recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Great location. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Fun "kick back" happy hour with free drinks every evening. Very clean, polished, and professional. The only thing we didn't love was the mattress. It was super "bouncy". We had a king bed and felt every moment each other made in the bed all night.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Huge bathroom with a great shower-perhaps one of the few hotel showers that doesn't leak all over the floor! Only negative was the barn door style bathroom door that didn't glide easily so it was very noisy. Personally, I didn't like the mandatory valet parking. I'll pay to park if I have to, but don't take away my access to my car. Forget your sunglasses/jacket etc in your car when going for a walk? Have to get the car from the valet. This isn't a city center hotel used by car-less travelers. Also, the very nice valets making small talk kind of bugged me to answer questions of where I'm going or where I've been every time I get in my car. Ask me if I need a map or suggestions, but don't ask me if that's leftover sushi I'm carrying and where did I get it. And yes, tip every time despite the parking fee. I wish this was an optional service. Other than this which may just be my problem, it's a lovely, luxury-feel hotel, with a great complimentary breakfast and location near the historic square.
