This two-bedroom vacation rental is just a short stroll from the San Lorenzo River and the Santa Cruz Riverwalk. Enjoy the seaside Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk for rides, arcade games, Mini-Golf, Lazer Tag, and carnival-style treats, less than a mile away. When you arrive, park in one of the two gated parking spots.

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- Due to the stairs and layout of the condo complex, this unit is not recommended for children. Please contact us if you would like assistance finding a more suitable rental. Thank you!
- This home is in a condo complex, so there is potential for noise from neighbors (footsteps, voices, and cars passing by). Loud noise and parties are strictly prohibited.
- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
- This rental is located on floor 3.
- Parking notes: There is a gate on either side of the apartment complex. There are two covered, gated parking spots for 118 C.
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

My family and I loved our stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and is a pleasant walk to the boardwalk and coffee shops (The Buttery was delicious). I made a mistake when booking and the hosts were so understanding and communicated effectively with me the whole time. I would definitely stay here again!

Just as pictured!
Everything was very clean and just as pictured. No A/C, but turns out it wasn’t needed due to cool ocean air. We could walk to the beach and boardwalk easy enough, even though there was a lot of construction in the area. We stayed in to cook some of the time, and everything needed was there. My only complaint is I would have preferred to communicate via text instead of email. Otherwise it was a great place and we would go back!
