This was one of the most exceptional stays I've ever had on holiday. The place was top notch clean, staff were wonderful and so helpful, the room was so cosy and just so inviting. I would highly recommend and will be staying again should I find myself holidaying in that area in the near future.

Spacious, attractive and clean suites

Spacious, clean suites in a great location. Reception staff are friendly and smiley. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Photos are true to how the rooms are. The beds are very firm. Lots of restaurants nearby. Definitely would recommend the Hi Suites. (Be aware, this is the Emblematico Hi Suites - and different from the nearby Emblematico hotel).

A good central base in Santa Cruz

Our second visit centrally situated friendly staff and extremely clean this hotel is a good base for us We like the mini kitchen in room and the staffed reception We were very comfortable on our city break
