Other exciting attractions include Snake Hollow Bike Park, Santa Clara BMX bike track, the Aquatic Center, Zions National Park, Brian Head, Snow Canyon, and Gunlock Falls. For fun closer to home, check out the shared pool and hot tub on-site for some much-needed you-time, or enjoy a game of pickleball on the court.

This home is in a newly constructed neighborhood. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the large Smart TV, or serving brunch on the patio. Prepare grand meals and picnic snacks in the eat-in kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. The main bedroom boasts a luxurious en suite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. A private washer/dryer is provided for convenience of taking clean laundry home when it's time to return to normal living.

The pool area is closed for the winter from November 16th and will re-open in March.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
