- The floor is dirty. I brought my own slipper. I look at the bottom of the slipper before I left, it was very dirty. - The drainage of the bath tub is not smooth. It took a while to drain the water - There are a lot of flying bugs in the bathroom around/in the sink.

Large comfortable room for two.
The property was in good condition. The room was plenty big for the two of us. I thought the bed was very comfortable. There was also a pool that a lot of people were using however, I did not use it. My only complaint is that I when I arrived in the room, It had a very strong chemical smell. I left the door open and put the AC on for a while to try to air it out.

Stayed in the standard double queen room. The room smelled musty, small stains on towel and pillow case even though it was washed. The bathroom is very outdated. The room served its purpose for a one night stay. The location and surrounding of the property were convenient and maintained. Wish the rooms were more updated, could be a very pleasant stay if it was.

This was an absolutely beautiful room for the price, it was large, clean and had a beautiful balcony. My husband and I ordered room service and some drinks. The food was delicious and the staff was beyond friendly from check-in to the staff that brought the food. Would definitely recommend.

This was by far the dirtiest hotel room I have ever seen. Mold in the bathtub. Greasy handprints on the headboard. FILTHY carpet that wasn't vacuumed prior to arrival or after the room was cleaned during stay.

Dated but clean.
Hotel is dated but kept clean. The room was outfitted with a couch, fridge and coffee maker. There were only two available electrical outlets that I could locate. One behind the couch and one in the bathroom. It was a little pricey at $326, with tax. But i guess that it average for the area.

Not sure what is happening, but after several annual trips to this hotel it's condition seems to be deteriorating. We initially had trouble with our reservations, despite calling ahead and being assured of adjoining/adjacent rooms to allow our kids to go back and forth~ instead we were several rooms away, down the outside corridor from eachother. Bathrooms and walls were not cleaned well, paint was peeling in shower and tile grout was stained (or dirty). Landscaping was subpar, with weeds and plants overgrown onto paths. Large palm frond fell down next to another guest as we were sitting in couryard area, luckily not hitting her, as it would have caused injury. When issues brought to manager, excuses were made but no action. I do not expect perfection, especially not from an older hotel, but compared to last year the decline is glaring. So disappointed that a place we loved to visit has lost it's shine.
