After many years they do have a breakfast serviced there,but it definitely needs work.The coffee and orange juice were fine though.The room we stayed in had no comfortable chairs to sit in.We have stayed here for years because of the excellent location.

How about hanging some artwork in the room? The room was stark, cold. Wi Fi was incredibly slow to nonexistent , especially at night. I could not comprehend the use of the TV

Really like the location of the Franciscan hotel. It’s a five minute walk to the beach, but nestled in a residential community. The grounds of the hotel and the room were very clean. Nice wood laminate floors, and simple but sophisticated decor. The view of the Santa Barbara mountains at Sunset was beautiful. Chocolate chip cookies every afternoon ~ nice touch. Lori. Sept. 2024
