We enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It's not your fancy 5 star hotel. It has all your basic needs. Hot water, free breakfast, free hotel parking and it's very clean. The entrance is very unique. We traveled as a family of five. I was glad they were able to accommodate us, most places were telling us we needed to get 2 rooms. All in all we have no complaints.

The property is ok but a/c did not work properly and was hot at night cause the air flow was very low and the unit is too high And there are too many straight dogs in the street and thy bark at night so much that they don’t let sleep

Great hotel! We were incredibly impressed with the hotel and our room. Walking distance to lots of shops. Spacious room and bathroom with a balcony looking down to the street. The staff were incredibly courteous and friendly! Be sure to check out the terrace on the third floor, great view of La Catedral.

We did not enjoy our stay. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. But, the hotel is old and needs improvements. The WiFi comes in and out, there are no curtains on the windows, there is no furniture or nightstands for suitcases or bags, no mini-fridge, there are not enough working outlets, the water is not hot, so loud outside, step and down from bathroom is awkward. We left after one night. Stay at Boca Olas, Hyatt Centric or Barcelo instead.

I didn’t like that they had receptions going on the 2 days I stayed and made my stayed uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast was good. Service was great. Weird place since it has a lot history it gave me chills to stay there.

This has been my 4th time staying at Edificio Kali Hotel and I will keep coming back. The service makes you feel like royalty and the rooms are always spotless and super clean. They have a great parking to keep your car safe and it’s within walking distance to the cathedral and many shops. The rooms have hot water, crispy AC, Netflix, and very comfy bedding and pillows that always smell clean without any stains. The building is a historic one with lots of character and a great view at the top. The staff is super friendly and always serve you with a smile and always willing to help.
