Discover this pretty house just 5 minutes' walk from one of the island's prettiest beaches, and recharge your batteries under the pine trees: after a hot, sunny day, enjoy the private pool before sharing a breathtaking sea view on the terrace!

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 outdoor shower (summer 2024). There are several areas under the pine trees where you can relax by the pool, under the awning, in the hammock or on the terrace.

The house has no heating and no reversible air conditioning.
It is equipped with new fans.

In spring, if the evenings are cool, you can light a fire in the wood-burning stove: firewood is available in the safe. You can stock up at petrol stations or supermarkets at your own expense.
A small oil-bath heater is available for your convenience, and duvets are available in the wardrobes.

For the summer, the rooms are equipped with new, highly efficient ceiling fans.
The fan imitates a gentle breeze as it stirs the air, producing a very pleasant sensation of freshness.

Wonderful stay
The property has everything you could need. Super-equipped kitchen, beach mats, Sun umbrella & the beach towels were much appreciated. Glorious roof terrace for evening sunshine. Location perfect for the amazing beach, local restaurants & a small supermarket. Can thoroughly recommend this property & hope to return.

Très bon séjour
Très bon séjour dans cette jolie maison très bien placée. Au calme. Proche à pied de la jolie plage de binibequer et du petit village de cala torret. La maison est très agréable et Valérie une hôte disponible, réactive et accommodante. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un oasis de tranquilidad en el paraíso
¡Pasamos unos días increíbles entre amigos en esta casa maravillosa! Además de ser una casa preciosa, dispone de todas las comodidades. Todo estaba preparado para nuestra llegada, todas las estancias estaban impolutas y la comunicación con los propietarios muy fluida. Ubicada a 5 minutos a pie de las playas más bonitas que visitamos en la isla. ¡Y lo mejor! poder disfrutar de la tranquilidad de su piscina en medio de la naturaleza cuando queríamos un poco de privacidad, para acabar el día cenando con vistas al mar y a la puesta de sol en la azotea cada noche. Ha sido un lujo estar en una zona en la que no necesitábamos el coche para prácticamente nada, restaurantes, supermercado y todo lo imprescindible estaba a un paseo de nosotros. Sin duda la volveríamos a elegir para disfrutar de unas vacaciones inmejorables.

Un petit coin de rêve à Binibeca !
Nous avons passé quelques jours dépaysants à Minorque. L’île est très belle. La maison est très facile et agréable à vivre. Le quartier résidentiel est très calme. La maison est très propre, très bien entretenue. Tout avait été préparé pour nous réserver le meilleur accueil.

Une maison très confortable et accueillante, le jardin est très agréable avec une belle piscine. Elle est à deux pas de la plage, c'est un vrai plus ! Tout peut se faire à pied ! La plage, les courses, et les restaurants ! on a prolongé notre séjour avec des cousins.
