Bathroom with shower / WC, sauna utility room with WAMA, dryer. Fully fenced plot with terrace u. small garden. First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 with balcony) for a total of 6 persons, bathroom with shower / WC. From the house it is only 300 m to the ski slope, 250 m to the center with shops and only a few meters to the hiking trails. The house is located in a quiet hillside with stunning mountain views; Hiking and culture, sport and relaxation are very important here. Moosham Castle is a World Heritage Site. The Aineck Katschberg ski area is nearby. In winter, enjoy the wonderful winter hiking, skiing, and horse-drawn sleigh. Also cross-country skiing are nearby. In summer, the most beautiful hiking trails and sports like cycling, paragliding, whitewater rafting etc. The houses combine both the ambience of a cabin and the comfort of an upscale house.
