Our fully equipped condo has been completely remodeled with two cozy bedrooms and two modern tile shower/bathtubs bathrooms. We know you'll love the beautifully decorated interiors and the beachfront location on the convenient east end of Sanibel Island. The condo is incredibly bright and spacious and sleeps up to 6 people. Loggerhead Cay 501 is on the ground floor of a four- story building with only two units on each floor for excellent privacy.
One of the special features we love about this unit is the ground floor screened in lanai that has a door directly to the beach. After a long day of playing tourist or just relaxing at the beach, it's nice to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves crashing ashore while watching the sunset.
Additionally, there is an Olympic-size heated ocean facing pool, a seashell washing station, two pickleball and one tennis/pickleball court, shuffleboard, community outdoor grills, outdoor dining tables next to grills, and of course, the beach is your backyard.
It's all about location, as they say, and we are located two miles from Sanibel's famous lighthouse beach and 1 1/2 miles from Jerry's grocery store. Sanibel has two public golf courses nearby. Right outside the front door, there are 25 miles of stunning shared-use paths for you to enjoy while biking or walking. LOGGERHEAD CAY, 501 is just a few minutes from the Causeway, local restaurants, and great shopping.

• Second Bedroom:
The second bedroom offers a comfy queen and twin bed, a dresser, and a 32-inch smart TV. A dedicated bathroom Stocked with luxury towels, TP, Kleenex, soap, shampoo & conditioner, facial wipes, blow dryer, beach towels and much more.

• Living Area:
The main living area offers a pull-out Queen sofa sleeper with a 65-inch smart TV and a push back recliner & two swivel chairs to enjoy the amazing view.

This is an excellent condo for two couples traveling together or for a family of five or six. All rooms have lighted ceiling fans.

• Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a open floor plan and everything you need for your stay. Appliances are all brand new including refrigerator with filtered water and ice in the door, including a washer and dryer in the condo. Stocked with paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, cleaning products, dishwasher and laundry pods, a few snacks & coffee creamer & pods, spices, ziplock baggie, foil, much more.

Fall Getaway 2024
My wife and I stayed at Loggerhead and this property for the first time in dozens of visits to Sanibel over the last 40 years. Mary was in constant communication about the state of things on the property and around the island as Milton hit one week before our arrival. The condo was spared any damage. The property was in better condition than most around the island. The view from our first floor over the dune to the beach was clean and unobstructed and beautiful. The window wall in the living room allowed a clear view of the beauty outside instead of a filtered view through the screened porch as it was adjacent the master bedroom. Every incidental was taken care of in the unit and at the property. We highly recommend the unit.

Love Loggerhead Cay #501 !!!
Where do I even start? Our experience at Loggerhead Cay #501 was nothing short of outstanding. The place is absolutely beautiful. Having recently been remodeled, it was clean, very well furnished, and what an excellent location! You can't get a unit any closer to the beach! And being on the first floor was a first for us. We've usually booked places with a few flights of stairs and quite a walk to the beach. And while we are still relatively young, it was very nice to NOT have to deal with flights of stairs or wait for the elevator every time we went in and out. The beach locker with chairs, umbrella, cart, etc. was a wonderful added bonus! It saved us having to bring our own! It was so nice to have the sand washing station between the room and the beach. It was great to be free of sand when we got back to the room. The kitchen is very well-supplied with about everything you'll need. And there are plenty of extra linens and pillows in the bedrooms. Anything we needed from Keith or Mary was provided in an extremely timely manner and with the utmost professionalism. They never made us feel like we were bothering them and always welcomed our questions. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Best Condo on Sanibel
This was our 4th trip to Sanibel and first after the hurricane. This condo was by far the best one we have ever stayed at. Freshly renovated with nice modern furnishings, best access to the beautiful beach with a priceless view from living room, master and lanai. It was the perfect beach vacation. Love this island and this condo. I will definitely look to book it again.

Perfect!
We loved our week in Sanibel in this beautiful gulf front condo. Upon arrival the condo was spotless-all the furnishings & decor are brand new & the view is amazing. It is well stocked with everything you need including beach chairs, cart & umbrella.
