Comfortable villa for 8 people with secure swimming pool in a very quiet residential area and not overlooked. Calm and serenity guaranteed. Neat decoration. 4 bedroom house, fully equipped, very bright. 1500 m2 of fenced garden facing the Landes forest. Large wooden terrace around the house facing south. 9mx4.5m swimming pool (made in 2010) secure (removable fence) and wooden terrace. Lawn with automatic watering. Barbecue. The swimming pool and the garden are maintained. Household linen (sheets and towels) is provided.
House very suitable for family with children. Dune du Pyla and Arcachon at 18 km.
Possibility to adapt the arrival / departure days.

Relax and enjoy
We (my family and in-laws) stayed at the villa in August 2023. The villa was clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you might need. The weather was hot (low 30C’s) and we appreciated that all the windows had external shutters/blinds to help keep rooms cool during the daytimes. Despite being only a km from the marina and a couple of Km’s from the main town the location is very quite and private. The swimming pool is a good size and I was able to both swim and play with the children without issues. All things considered this is a fabulous villa in a peaceful location, we will definitely rent here again should we be holidaying in south France.

Vraiment parfait!
La maison est idéale et magnifique. Très bien située dans les Landes, à côté de tout! Notre hôte était super (ainsi que l'accueil de Christine), avec de très bons conseils pour tout notre séjour. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et espérons pouvoir revenir bientôt.

Accueil, réactivité, emplacement tout était parfait! La maison de Mme Beaufils est très bien située, les plages océanes sont accessibles en - de 30 min sans embouteillages, les plages du Lac sont accessibles en velo ou à pieds. La maison est très fonctionnelle et tout le nécessaire de cuisine est mis à disposition pour faire de bons petits plats. (moule à gateau, mixeur, barbecue, cafetière + capsule, grille pain...). Le jardin et la piscine sont parfait pour les enfants qui ont pu courir, faire des cache-cache, parties de Molki et autres. La vue sur la foret et le calme sont aussi très appréciable. Nous recommandons cette maison pour des vacances sympa entre amis avec enfants. Merci nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
