Did not have the breakfast. Did have an issue with the lack of drain covers in the bathroom lavatory resulting in the loss of a black onxy earring that could not be retrieved. Bill provided at checkout reflected $112, but credit card was charged an additional $15 when I checked my statement. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company and the location related to the unauthorized charge.

There is dirt on multiple walls, heavy dust and dander on the AC unit, signs of mold, a dirty bathroom wall, and unclean kitchen appliances including the microwave and the vent above the stove. I’m hoping this can be taken care of quickly, as this isn’t the level of care I should have to point out.

Used the 5:15 am shuttle. It was very nice that they put out fruit & rolls so you could have some kind of breakfast. Staff was awesome!

Everything about the hotel was ok except for the horrible highway noise. I typically use Google Earth to check the surrounding area but forgot do that with this stay. I would not stay here again.

The room was ok, the staff was ok BUT We found a insect IN the bed when we went to sleep. At check-out, we told the lady at the reception, and she asked me if I wanted to request a refund. I said yes, and when she saw that this was a reservation through Hotels.com, she told me to file the complaint with you so that it could be forwarded to the hotel. Therefore, I am requesting a refund, please. Thank you
