Bathroom was moldy and in need of repairs. Other patrons were loud. Breakfast ended at 9am. Everything outdated and overpriced. Staff was nice.

You can tell this property needs some serious upgrades.theres drywall that needs patching all around. By the elevators theres holes in walls. The toilet paper holder fell off wall the minute we tried to get some toilet paper. The room smelled musty like stinky shoes. Gross. Placejust felt dirty and not taken care of.

It was a very run down property. Area was also run down with an abandoned and boarded up hotel across the street. Room was small. No microwave or mini fridge in any of the double rooms aparently. No hooks in room to hang any thing up and the only towel bar in the bathroom was completely broken. Pool and hot tub were small and dated. Room seemed clean but all carpeting in room and throughout hotel was stained and worn. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Unfortunately, the extremely loud air conditioning unit and almost non existent wifi brought down the overall rating for this hotel that was clean and friendly. The double beds were very small, but I can’t fault the hotel for my assumption that they would be queen size.

Bed was comfy, room was clean, shower pressure was good. Door to bathroom was an old sliding door with no handle, very hard to open and close. I chose the pay at the hotel option and saved the room under my debit card. At check in I switched to my credit card as I knew they don’t like debit cards and usually place holds. The credit card was charged appropriately. I check my debit card account and that card was also charged. I questioned the lady at the front desk why both cards were charged and she said that they charge prior to check in and because it was a debit card it got the hold even though they also charged my credit card. They said they released the money in the debit card but it would take a week. This is a poor practice by the hotel to charge a card that wasn’t supposed to be charged to check in.

The staff was great and super friendly. The room on the other hand…. The toilet was loose and every time you sat down you thought it was going to fall over, and the back kept sliding off. The bed was so hard it felt almost like you were sleeping on the floor. The indoor pool area was super warm and the chemical level made your eyes burn.

The abandoned hotel next store is a very bad eye sore. Kind of makes you feel not safe.
