We like the price and location. After 1 night stay, we didnt like the following: cigarettes/foul smell, blankes looked dirty we found someones long hairs on it, shower adjusting only let really hot water out. We hardly took a shower. Other little things door had a big gap on the bottom, flooring had deep scratches where the chair is. Everything else was good.

Room was not ready until 6 pm when check in says 3 pm, several customers complaining in line, manager was “not in”… once in the room floor was dirty and my room said bathtub… it was a regular shower, we called and they said even if we had one we couldn’t give you the room, manager is not here… why on earth would I need to wait for a manager for receptionist to change my room when I payed for a room with bathtub just change me…. Ridiculous.

I did not like that. The pictures on Expedia are misleading. The property does not look like what’s on the pictures. I thought I was booking a more elegant hotel also when I arrived was told my room was given away to someone else. they provided me another room, but all in all, the hotel was not what I expected and I will probably not stay there again. The only good side was the service. The employees were excellent in resolving the room issues.

When we arrived at the room, there was a half drunken bottle of Coke on the desk, the sheets were never changed. They had hair on them from the previous people that stayed there, the bedding smelled funny, and there was only one towel in the room.

Just an overnight stay due to the heat and no AC where we live. The room had no extra toilet paper and a view of the parking lot. The bed made noise when you moved around in it and was pretty uncomfortable but served its purpose.

Very bad customer service. I booked with expedia with 1 king bed. When checkin. Front desk. Said no kind bed. Offer me 2 queen. I was not accepted . But she show me a room. Looks like. Went.in to look. Room has odor. Very bad. Unclean. And i didnt want to stay.i returned her key And ask for refund. But she told ask call expedia. Has expedia call them. I did call call. Till now no refund my money. That night it was too late. Couldn't find any other hotel. We had to sleep in our car. Cold outside. On street. This case with expedia. Still open. Had been 5 days. Pass . Still no refund. Really disappointed
