Wonderful holiday
We had a wonderful holiday at Denise’s petite maison. It’s a little flat/house attached to her own home, but it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The house is well equipped and the pool and gardens are beautiful. Denise is lovely and friendly and even brought us fresh figs from her garden! The house is perfectly located, a 3 min drive from San Teodoro and 5-10 min drive from stunning beaches. Wouldn’t hesitate in staying again.

Vacanza perfetta
Villa bellissima. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia presso questa meravigliosa villa le ultime 2 settimane di giugno. La villa è vicina a tutto quello che voi possiate immaginare. 5 minuti esatti di auto e si raggiunge la bellissima spiaggia la Cinta ed il centro di San Teodoro. La cosa più piacevole che ho potuto apprezzare è proprio la tranquillità di dove è posizionata la villa. La mattina facevamo colazione con una pace stupenda. Dopo pranzo ci rilassavamo prima di fare il bagno in una splendida piscina tutta dedicata a noi. La sera il suono delle cicale era incantevole. Si dorme da favola senza alcun rumore. La casa è attrezzata per tutto quello che serve. La proprietaria Denise è stata veramente cordiale e gentile come anche Laura che ci ha accolti per il check-in il giorno del nostro arrivo. Se cercate una casa vicina a tutti i servizi (5 minuti di auto) e in zona tranquilla e rilassante, questa fa per voi. Dovessi ritornare il prossimo anno prenoto sicuramente questa villa.

Perfekter Familienurlaub
Unser Urlaub in der Wohnung von Denise war absolut traumhaft. Die Ferienwohnung ist zwar klein, aber absolut ausreichend für Familien mit bis zu 2 Kinder. Wir waren zu dritt. Da man die meiste Zeit draußen ist spielt die Größe keine große Rolle. Die Wohnung war tip top sauber und hat alles vor Ort, was Mensch zum Kochen und wohlfühlen benötigt. Der Pool und der Garten waren absolut traumhaft. Man bekommt selten so einen exklusiven Pool. Obwohl das Haupthaus während unserer Zeit privat von Familienmitgliedern genutzt wurde, bekamen wir immer unsere Privatsphäreund alleinigen Zugang zu Pool und Garten wenn wir "zuhause" waren. Absolut super! Denise hat uns während des Aufenthalts persönlich kontaktiert aus Paris und Laura, unser Kontakt vor Ort war super freundlich und immer erreichbar! Absolut zu empfehlen, wir hoffen, dass wir wiederkommen!

Traumhafter Urlaub für Selbstversorger
Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal hier, weil es uns und unseren Kindern so gut gefallen hat. Ruhige Lage (eigenes Auto nötig), wunderschöner Garten und eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. In der Küche findet man alles, was man als Selbstversorger zum Kochen braucht. Die wunderschönen Strände rund um San Teodoro sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Pool in Strandnähe
Super schöne Ferienwohnung, ideal für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, inkl. Klimaanlage, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Highlight ist aber der große Pool (ca. 10x5m). Auch die Außendusche mit Warmwasser ist für den obligatorischen "Waschvorgang" nach dem Strandbesuch optimal. Die Wohnung ist in einem Nebenort von San Teodoro gelegen. Es ist dort wunderbar ruhig (außer der spanische Nachbar telefoniert lauthals auf dem Balkon 😉). Die Lage ist optimal - die Traumstrände La Cinta, Brandinchi, Porto Taverna etc. sind in maximal 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die nächsten Supermärkte, Bäcker, Restaurants usw. sind maximal 5 Minuten entfernt. Während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts Mitte Juni war die Vermieterin Denise nicht vor Ort, wir hatten also den riesigen Garten für uns. Laura, die Hausverwalterin vor Ort, hat uns super nett empfangen und war auch bei Fragen immer sofort telefonisch oder per Whatsapp erreichbar. Natürlich ist die Preispolitik mit Zusatzkosten in bar (Verwaltung, Handtücher, Bettwäsche) ungewöhnlich. Mit Blick auf den vergleichsweise günstigen Preis und das super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei dieser Ferienwohnung war uns das aber egal. Alles in allem können wir die FeWo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Einfach schöne Ferien!
Unsere Familie hat im Sommer 2022 in diesem Ferienhaus Urlaub gemacht. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut, insbesondere das Badezimmer war besser ausgestattet und schöner als man es so kennt. Der Pool ist großartig und sehr gepflegt! Das Haus liegt etwas abseits von San Teodoro, mit dem Auto ist man aber schnell an verschiedenen schönen Stränden. Uns war bei der Buchung nicht bewusst, dass die Vermieterin ebenfalls eine Ferienwohnung in dem Haus hat. Es war insofern aber nicht schlimm, da sich unser Aufenthalt nur um einen Tag überschnitten hat. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat sich schon im Vorfeld mehrfach mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt, damit für uns alles reibungslos und einfach läuft. Insgesamt absolut verdiente fünf Sterne!

A two-faced experience
This review is very two-faced. First: The premises are fantastic. The garden, the pool and the house is pristine and it is very beautiful. Truly an oasis. Second: Considering the apartment being quite expensive, we had our fair share of irritating nuances. Some of it we have to put down to us only communicating in English and the owner only in French. A bad google translate made us unaware that the owner wanted almost one nights fee euros for the housekeeper, a fee which isn't stated in the advertisement. A lot worse in my opinion is that we were charged per person for bedsheets. We have rented houses all over Europe and never experienced this before. The first thing we had to do was to buy toilet paper and dish washer tablets, which I find quite unnecessary. Finally the house keeper tried several times to get us to check out at 10AM, regardless of the add clearly stating that check out was 12. We found this quite rude. To sum it all up, the place is truly a fantastic place, but they should really drop the add-on costs. We found those quite unbelievable for the price level the apartment is in.

Ein wunderbarer Familienurlaub in San Teodoro
Das Ferienhaus mit dem herrlichen Pool hat uns 3 Wochen als großartiger Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung des Nord-Osten Sardiniens gedient. Für uns als Familie war die "Petit Maison" der perfekte Ort für Erholung, Wasserspaß für die Kinder im Pool und kühler Rückzugsort bei hohen Temperaturen. Der schön angelegte Garten rundete die enspannte Atmosphäre ab. Laura, der gute Hausgeist, hat uns wilkommen geheißen und stand uns jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Denise als Vermieterin und direkte Nachbarin ist nicht nur ein besonders herzlicher Mensch sondern auch eine tolle "Urlaubs-Oma", die die Kinder sofort ins Herz geschlossen haben ... Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Liebe Grüße an Denise und Laura

Angolo di splendida tranquillità
Casa splendida se sono vuol passare una o due settimane in Sardegna. A soli 2 minuti d’auto dalla splendida spiaggia della cinta a San Teodoro. Due minuti che tengono lontano anche il caos del paese, se preferite una vacanza in famiglia tranquilla. Noi con 2 bambini ci siamo trovati benissimo, e la piscina davvero splendida, Ogni 2 giorni un’incaricato passa in totale silenzio per la pulizia della stessa. Proprietaria davvero gentilissima e Laura, la donna che in loco si occupa di voi, altrettanto. Giudizio finale davvero positivo.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem kleinen, ruhigen Ort, ohne Verkehrslärm oder sonstige Belästigungen, und ist ideal für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von San Teodoro oder an einem der vielen wunderschönen Strände der Umgebung. Das Haus ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Insbesondere die Küche verfügt über ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfe usw., inklusive Geschirrspüler. Es grenzt direkt an das Wohngebäude der netten Vermieterin Denise an, die den Garten auf der Rückseite des Hauses nutzt. Sie hat uns gerne mit Obst aus dem Garten oder selbstgekochter Marmelade versorgt. Das Highlight für die Kinder war der eigene Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wurde. Denise selbst spricht französisch oder italienisch, die Übergabe der Wohnung inkl. Einweisung erfolgte durch eine Schweizerin, die auch jederzeit für Rückfragen erreichbar war. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, erholsamen Aufenthalt und können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

"La Petite Maison"
Charmante petite maison bien située, bonne climatisation des chambres, jolie salle de bain, belle piscine, jardin très soigné, super grill extérieur, horaire d'arrivée et départ souples, bon accueil. L'intérieur est malheureusement moins attractif: les meubles, la décoration, la cuisine et son contenu, les appareils ont de "nombreuses années au compteur", la wifi est quasi inexistante et la tv minuscule. Dommage. Nous avons malgré tout passé de belles vacances.

Ein tolles Haus mit super Grill und top Pool! Nebenkosten (Handtücher und Bettwäsche und Managerin) werden leider noch extra berechnet. Bitte erfragen . Sonst war die Betreuung von Laura toll da sie deutsch spricht und die Eigentümerin (war zu unserer Aufenthaltszeit nicht vor Ort) ist sehr sehr nett (spricht französisch und italienisch). Une location tout confort
La location est une petite maison située dans la propriété de Denise, la propriétaire. Elle est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien ! On a accès a une petite terrasse, face à la piscine, pour prendre ses repas. La piscine est grande, bien entretenue, dans un jardin superbe. De plus, Denise est une personne très agréable, très accueillante et souriante. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Magnifique séjour dans cette petite maison, très bien située, et au calme. Piscine avec profondeur optimale, autant pour nager que pour jouer. grandeur parfaite, jardin fleuri splendide. Les commerces sont accessibles en qq minutes en voiture. Petite ville avec un marché les soirs d'été. Plages plus belles les unes que les autres. Séjour en Sardaigne
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à San Teodoro chez Denise la propriétaire des lieux. La maison est idéale il y a tout ce qu’il faut et la piscine géniale! 👍 très bien située avec toutes les commodités à proximité et tellement de choses à voir, des paysages magnifiques! Superbe vacances de rêves
Nous avons passer 2 semaines de rêves dans cet appartement avec piscine. Nous étions 4 , avec 2 enfants de 9 et 11 ans. Idéalement situé a quelques minutes de San Teodoro et des magnifiques plages de la régions. L'appartement est très confortable et très frais , notamment grâce à la qualité des fenêtres aux doubles vitrages et à la climatisation. L'équipement est bien équipé (lave linges , lave vaisselles , four , micro-ondes) La piscine est fantastique , pas trop profonde et très bien entretenue (nettoyage par le jardinier tous les 2 jours) . La maison est au calme , entourée d'un jardin très bien entretenu et fleuri. C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons.

Formidable petite maison, dans un environnement très calme, et très reposant, et formidable accueil de Mme Cossu. Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances en famille, et avons été parfaitement guidé par Mme Cossu a San Teodoro et ses alentours... La région regorge de merveilles a voir et a revoir... Ses plages toutes plus belles les unes que les autres, ses excursions en bateau... Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
