Complete with every comfort, in an environment full of greenery and tranquility, has a furniture consisting of two bedrooms, one double and the other with 2 independent beds but wanting to be combined in double, both furnished. The bathroom has a bidet and a shower. The kitchen is complete and large with a comfortable double sofa bed inside. The furnishing of the rooms is aimed at giving maximum comfort with capacious wardrobes and drawers. A veranda overlooking the pool with the possibility to have lunch complete it all. For your car there is a private parking space included in the rental price. Consumption costs and final cleaning service are also included in the rental price. Possibility to rent bed linen and towels for a fee.

Quite and clean vacation property
Property was very clean, quite, great location near many beaches. Kitchen was fully equipped. Ezio the owner was easy to get a hold of and would respond quickly. We highly recommend this property. The only suggestion would be to install internet at the property.

Perfekte Ferien
Die Ferienwohnung war super ausgestattet, sodass wir mit unseren Kindern (1 Jahr und 12 Jahre) super dort wohnen konnten. Kleinmöbel, gut ausgestattete Küche, abgesicherter Balkon. Der Pool ist ein kompletter Nichtschwimmerpool, also auch hier sehr kindgerecht. Neben uns waren auch einige andere Familien vor Ort. Der Ort selbst hat alles was man braucht. kleiner Supermarkt, Dolci Bäckerei, Eisdiele und ein paar Lokale. Zu verschiedenen Stränden war es sehr nah mit dem Auto. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen.

Die Kommunikation war super, die Wohnung schön, einfach und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Da wir wohl eine der ersten Gäste nach der Winterpause waren, roch alles noch nach Überwinterung. Ansonsten traf die Beschreibung und die Bilder genau zu. Wir haben den anliegen Pool sehr genossen. Auch die umliegenden Strände sind wunderschön und schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Mi sono fermata una settimana, residence silenzioso, pulito e sicuro, a 10 minuti in macchina da San Teodoro centro. Il proprietario si è reso disponibile sin dall’inizio per qualsiasi dubbio o necessità. La casa è completa di tutto, non manca nulla. Sicuramente ritornerò.

Un petit coin de paradis
Très bel appartement et bien situé , toutes les plages sont justes à côté . Propreté et fonctionnalités de l’appartement au top , il ne manque rien . Le cadre de la résidence est calme avec une piscine bien entretenue. Mes enfants se sont régalés. Ezio est d’une gentillesse incroyable et très serviable , très réactif en cas de problème c’est réglé dans le quart d’heure qui suit . Je recommande vivement pour des vacances en famille ou en couple 😉

Hervorragende zwei Wochen Urlaub in Monte Petrosu!!!😍
Ezio hat uns immer mit allen Informationen versorgt und im Vorfeld der Reise alle notwendigen Infos zukommen lassen. Küche ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Lediglich die Matratzen könnten vielleicht einen Wechsel vertragen, aber das ist ja immer persönliches Empfinden. Pool ist sehr sauber und erfrischend bei warmen Temperaturen und die anderen Anmieter waren alle sehr freundlich! Sehr gerne empfehlen wir den Kontakt weiter!!!

Appartamento tenuto bene, bel residence in contesto molto curato, bella piscina e giardino perfetto. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere bellissime spiagge, indispensabile l'auto, senza mezzi propri anche fare la spesa risulterebbe molto scomodo. L'appartamento lo abbiamo trovato pulito, unica osservazione sulle pentole date in uso. Molto usurate quelle antiaderenti, sarebbe il caso di cambiarle . Il sig. EZIO è stato disponibile ad essere elastico sull'orario di check in e out. Comunicazione efficace, risposte ricevute in tempi adeguati.

Merveilleuses vacances
La région est magnifique. A proximité du logement de nombreuses plages (mais payantes), de ravissantes petites criques, des commerces et des restaurants. L’appartement est très bien, simple mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut. La résidence et la piscine sont un vrai plus. Le propriétaire est particulièrement sympathique et à l’écoute. Il y a eu un quiproquo à notre arrivée sur la fourniture du linge de maison, qui à été rapidement résolu. En résumé, tout est réuni pour passer de superbes vacances.
