Great little spot!
This was a small boutique hotel just outside of old town San Sebastian. It was very clean and comfortable with an amazing shower. When you make your reservation, make sure to contact them at least 24 hours in advance so they can email you the check in instructions, as there is no reception desk there. They will ask for a photo of your passport or a number. They will email you this or contact you via WhatsApp to get it. Sounds strange, but it worked out great. I would stay here again with my wife and with friends!

Was moved to different hotel which was fine but no view outside window, bed was hard and there was a ground level coffee station but only available after 12 which was pointless . I wanted coffee without leaving hotel in morning . There was no kettle or coffee in room . There was a breakfast option where I could get coffee but that was 17Euro. Also toiletries in room where locked down I couldn’t easily use them . Shower was great and there were English channels on tv and they did store luggage when I left. Was very quite no noise from outside or in hotel.

Comfortable stay in an excellent location.
This hotel is amazing. Very modern yet with an excellent location. Just steps away from the beach and excellent dining options everywhere. Old town is a short walk away. Very comfortable rooms and wonderful bathrooms. Service was a bit strange since there was rarely front desk service but phone number provided was helpful.

No frills with a simple room which seemed to be centrally located. I liked the coffee / cafe station. I didn't need anything more than that. Excellent (and affordable) stay for anyone hiking the Camino.

The location was good and the room was clean. They advertised front desk staffing from 8AM till midnight but there was rarely anyone there. They advertised bottled water in the room but was not replenished after the first day. Coffee and pasties offered for breakfast but pastries were cheap packaged ones instead of fresh.

If you love the beach stay here
I loved it! Location is a 10 min walk to Old Town but only a 2 min walk to the beach!!! My room was very clean. Receptionist spoke English and answered all my questions! I’d stay here again! Area is very safe as well.

Great hotel - great location just minutes walk fro
I had booked the Arrizul Beach property only to arrive and find that it was closed for renovations. I hadn't seen the email with the updated information. I called the hotel and was told I was upgraded to a room at the nearby Arrizul Congress. It was a bit confusing to get there, so Mariana said "stay there, I'll come to you." In 2 minutes she was there, walked us to the hotel, gave us an upgrade for the inconvenience and helped us get parking. We were greeted with a glass of Cava when we arrived, and there was another small bottle in the mini bar with soft drinks and water, all of which were complementary. Rather than nickel and diming you like most places, this place treated you like a valued customer. The rooms were amazing. The suites were modern, comfortable and made us want to stay another night. Well worth the money. It was literally a 2 minute walk to the beach or the river (beautiful) and an 8 minute walk to the Pintxo stroll in old town. Special thanks to Mariana Rodríguez for her customer service. I would highly recommend it!
