The only one big thing that got us upset during our stay here is, during check in we were all told that breakfast was included with our 3 rooms, a few other staff told us the same thing (staff at the gym, the bell boy and at the private lounge) we went and had breakfast the following morning while we were eating they came to tell us that our breakfast was not included afterall and treated us really rudely even though this whole mishap was their fault with staff giving us wrong information. I told them I would pay after we were done eating but they were rude and wanted payment right then. After that weird horrible experience I felt very uncomfortable staying there

The staff went out of their way to make sure we were treated well. However, the rooms have so much humidity. That’s not good for the health. We all got sick and reacted to the humidity. My mom’s asthma got worse. I wish the rooms could be renovated.
