My room was literally falling apart. Like ac cover broken and constantly fall, the shower walls some grout full of fungus furniture old.

Continental breakfast advertised from 0630-0930 was not available at 0900. When I asked about some fruit or eggs and was told they started serving at 0630 and they were not adding anything else. I had to go buy breakfast off premises.

Expedia sold us a king suit room. We had the room for one night and then we were bumped to another room. Toilet did not work. It was not what we paid for and no refund was offered. We were offered to move to their sister hotel. That is not what we paid for. No hot water.

From the moment we arrived at the Hotel we felt very welcomed by the staff at the front desk and security personnel. During our stay we were always welcomed with a smile and a good morning from everyone. We could not wait to have the freshly made breakfast and fruits. The cleanning lady was super nice and always had a big smile on her face. Truly we felt at home and we have concluded that La Cordillera will be our home when visiting San Pedro Sula.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The overall condtion of the place was in need of some repair and updating. Some rooms had old loud in wall AC units. The bathrooms are tiny. Our bathroom had a column running up to the ceiling next to the front of the toilet and with the toilet right next to the shower is made it tricky. One person bathroom for sure. We stayed in this room because it had a split AC that worked well, but the WIFI couldn't handle live streaming, but could handle Netflix. Breakfast was average, but good hours and GREAT coffee - not the horrible Oro. With a little sprucing up and upgrading this could be an excellent hotel for SPS.
