Tons of activities, from diving deep into the Caribbean Sea to explore the great barrier reef to climbing up high into the ruins of the ancient Maya world. Get ready for an adventure of a lifetime!
Start your morning with your favorite coffee drink at Rum+Bean, grab some tacos or empanadas for lunch, and dine on the freshest sushi imaginable at JYOTO Japanese restaurant by evening time. You can even satisfy your sweet tooth at our dessert shop serving homemade ice cream and gourmet donuts. Be sure to sample some of the expertly-crafted cocktails using fresh fruit, housemade infusions, local Belizean liquors, and a whole lot of love at one of the FIVE bars on-site.
From the beautiful beaches and azure waters of the Caribbean, to the Maya Mountains and the Pine Ridge, we have an adventure for everyone. Spectacular caves, winding waterfalls, virgin tropical rainforest, and hundreds of limestone caves make for exciting vistas. You will find many ancient Maya ruins and temples that will entice you to learn more of their history.
Zip lining through the forest, taking nature walks, sailing the Caribbean, cave tubing through Maya caves, scuba diving and snorkeling the Barrier Reef, sailing the cayes, parasailing, or just hiking through the jungle, you will find a wonderful, unforgettable journey awaiting you.
We also boast of an amazing coral reef system, the second largest in the world, running just offshore. We also have many cayes (islands of coral sand) that are surrounded by astounding reefs to snorkel or scuba dive. The reef lies one-half mile east of the Ambergris Caye shoreline and runs the entire 25 mile length of the island. This has made San Pedro Town the dive and water sports capital of our country as well as Central America. The Great Blue Hole, Turneffe Islands, Shark Ray Alley, Hol Chan Marine Reserve, Mexico Rocks, Lighthouse Reef, and many other diving areas are all only a short boat ride away from this palm tree lined island.
We recommend renting a golf cart online in advance. We have used Island Bee Golf Cart Rental and Rio Golf Cart Rental, both right in San Pedro Town. While you can walk to many places from our home, to see the whole island and enjoy all that it has to offer, having a golf cart is best.
We will have a rental manager in the area if there is anything you need.
Mahogany Bay Village, Ambergris Caye's premier community.

We also boast of an amazing coral reef system, the second largest in the world and this hemisphere's longest, running offshore, and many cayes (islands of coral sand) are surrounded by astounding reefs to snorkel or scuba dive. The reef lies one-half mile east of the Ambergris Caye shoreline and runs the entire 25 mile length of the island. This has made San Pedro Town the dive and water sports capital of our country as well as Central America. Most people rent golf carts for their stay in Ambergris Caye. We can recommend and set you up with a local business to help.
The resort is in an extremely safe area with 24/7 security.
Guests unfortunately do not have access to the Hilton's private beach club nor the Hilton's pool. However, we have our very own POOLCLUB with a restaurant and bar a house away from Casa Blanca that guests will have access. They simply show our key chain and our guest will get their discount. This is exciting news!
Ambergris Caye may have power outages during busy times. They're short but may happen during your stay. Thanks for understanding!
Please no parties without prior coordination with the Owners. All guests must be registered.
• EMERGENCIES
Dialing 911 will connect you to the local police department anywhere in Belize to include Ambergris Caye. The police will be able to render assistance in almost any circumstance. They will also be able to summon an ambulance or the fire department as needed.
• LOCKBOX ACCESS TO HOUSE
When you arrive to the home, there will be a lock box located on the wall to the right of the front door. You will receive the lock box code the day before your check-in date.
• WI-FI
The Wi-Fi username is “Casa Blanca”. Be careful not to confuse the username name with that of the house next door which is the same name but in English, “White House”.
• TELEVISION
There is a Netflix account set up in the name of Casa Blanca. Please feel free to use this or you can also log into your own account. If using your own account, remember to log out when you are done with your visit to avoid unauthorized use.
You can also set up streaming through your laptop or mobile device. Change the input and follow the instructions on the setup screen of the television.
• NO SMOKING
Please no smoking on the property whatsoever. This includes balconies and outdoor gravel area. • GUEST BOOK
We are excited to welcome you into our home and would love for you to sign our guest book to share your tropical island experience with others. We’d love for you to share a little bit about yourself, where you are from and what you did while you were here. Also, feel free to share information on any of your favorite local businesses that you came across during your stay for the benefit of future guests.
• CLOSING EXTERIOR DOORS IS TRICKY!
The exterior door handles are unusual and were designed opposite of typical door handles. When the door handle is turned downward (vertical), it is in the closed position ready to be locked for the evening. When the door handle is turned sideways (horizontal), it is in the open position and the door will swing open allowing you to come and go. If you are not used to this and not paying attention, you may unintentionally leave a door open. Please use extra caution to close the exterior doors properly to avoid heat, rain and bugs from entering the house.
• OUTDOOR SHOWER DOOR LEADING TO MASTER BATHROOM
Please leave this shower door key in the lock at all times for safety.
