We had three beautiful rooms, each room designed differently. The extras we received along with excellent breakfasts added to the luxury. The staff were super caring for our needs. The massages (deep muscle, relaxing, and facials) were great. Rooftop was beautiful. An 8 minute walk to the main square.

Casa 1810 Parque is ideally situated on a quiet street easily walkable to everything in San Miguel de Allende. The facility is truly beautiful. The design is all quite thoughtful. It feels like you are in a centuries- old home but with all modern conveniences. We were delighted to be upgraded to a third floor suite. We would have preferred a pull-down shade to block the glass room door vs. interior curtains, which were very difficult to pull closed as we closed our door every time we departed. The bathroom was beautiful but it would have been nice to have had a door between the sink area and main room. The eating area and bar and roof deck are all gorgeous. Try the mezcal negroni - you are in for a treat! We’d gladly return!

I loved everything about this hotel. The location is excellent. The staff are OUTSTANDING. The food is great. The rooftop is amazing. But for me our room (303) was incredible! I didn’t want to leave. I simply can’t recommend highly enough 1810 Casa Parque; STAY HERE!

The hotel is centrally located. It is a beautiful property, with very gorgeous decor and stonework details. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and delightful to have in the sunlit courtyard. It was easy to walk to most places, and great restaurants surrounded the property. We would recommend staying here and would stay here again in future.

We were given a room with a window that opened up to a brick wall. We told them that my husband is claustrophobic but they would not change our rooms. We asked to pay for an upgrade but they said no rooms are available. My husband was miserable the entire stay and had an anxiety attack. After speaking with the hotel manager Roberto he said they can’t give us credit for our inconvenience bc we booked through Expedia. I told he could credit my Amex card but he wouldn’t do it. He offered to move us to their sister hotel however we had 3 rooms and he could not accommodate all of us. We were there for a birthday vacation with our friends so we didn’t want to separate to a different hotel They gave us a bottle of wine for compensation. We told them they should indicate on their website that the room has obstructed view of a brick wall. Also the air conditioning leaked all over the floor, and I almost fell coming into the room , and my carry on bag was wet. There was no apology or anything. To add to our issue our room backed to the receptionist so we heard the noise the entire time. This hotel came recommended from friends but I will never stay here again and will not recommend to anyone. It was very expensive and there are so many more beautiful and less expensive choices .

When the hotel was booked, within minutes I received a welcome email as well as a whatsapp message. They offered and arranged transportation services from the airport. The staff were excellent at catering to our needs. The hotel is beautiful and very well located.
