Log house built in 2000 on 10 landscaped acres that incorporates native trees shrubs and flowers. Recently renovated, very comfortable, fully furnished interior.
Ground floor has an entrance hall, living room (with large w/b fireplace), dinning room, guest bath room, kitchen, laundry room, two bedrooms with adjoining full bathrooms, study. Surrounded by a stone deck with access from the living room and a covered stone porch with access from the dining room. Large two car garage.
Upstairs two bedrooms and a full bath room.
Spectacular views of the Maipu valley and the Chapelco mountain range.
There is a Caretaker that lives on the premises available to help out 24/7 and maid service can be arranged.

Cabaña soñada
Junto con 7 amigas nos hospedamos dos noches en enero 2022 en San Martin de los Andes. La cabaña es soñada, muy cuidada tanto los interiores como el exterior y jardín, tal cual las fotografías. La cocina super equipada, te reciben con infusiones, todo súper limpio y prolijo. Destaco la amabilidad y predisposición de Walter y Denise los caseros; estuvieron atentos a todas nuestras necesidades y nos dieron recomendaciones para conocer el lugar y alrededores. Volvería y recomiendo 100%, un lugar alejado de la ciudad y tranquilo para pasar con amigos y/o familia.
