Room View was awesome; bathroom was sub par in that the mirror was rusty and the faucets were so hard to turn on (in both rooms), towels were dingy, room 229 door would lock when we shut it (had to slam it 3-4x before it would catch & lock), room 336 has wine frog which doesn’t get cold enough to store milk products…was useless for families w babies, though room 229 had gorgeous views, the noise level when events are happening down on patio is beyond ridiculous! I would NEVER request a room on that level again! Also front desk should mention that event is taking place before they place you in room and that it will be loud! Guests were drunk, loud and obnoxious. it made a relaxing get away a bit stressful. I was told a 10p quiet time but 1045p rolled around and they were still yelling and being loud. It was truly disappointing!!

Clean, comfortable room with a balcony and view of the ocean and pier. Great location. Restaurant and pool bar staff were slow and inattentive. Quality of food was marginal. Resort fees and parking fees seemed excessive. This was my first stay and now that I have a better understanding, I would definitely stay again because once again, the room was great and the location cannot be beat but would find alternative food venues.

The staff were FANTASTIC including the bartenders! If I have one complaint it would be the RESORT FEE and the VALET charge! Gorgeous Property!
