Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Needed some extra blankets and towels, they were able to sand them within 10 minutes . Breakfast is OK but you have plenty of options within walking distance. Only complaint is their housekeeping is on request only yet we weren't informed at check-in so when we came back the room was not cleaned, had to call the front desk for it.

It is not a resort. It is a MOTEL. Save your money so you don’t make the mistake k made. It feels like you pay for Hyatt but get a Motel 6. Room: We paid extra for the 'Ocean View' There is no Oceanview. Totally rip-off. It is bbq view or pool view. Room is very small. Cars are parked right in front plus the highway - again, like motel. No sleep at all. The picture is like a resort. We could hear the chatting content next door. The bathroom is dirty. Room service: Our toilet does not flush well - so we went to front desk. They sent a very chill cool maintenance guy, who came in and told us: your toilet is fine without doing anything Breakfast: why there is a lady serving pancakes and eggs. So cheap and control. Already got over paid for the room, still have a sitter watching how much you eat. Overall: the worst place I have stayed so far. Would not recommend.

The views were wonderful, staff was great, easy straight drive to Pier and downtown.. Note it's not a close walk if you're over 70, and getting down to the beach using a very steep set of stairs, it's worth it but a challenge.

Previous visits seemed nicer. Bed seemed hard and pillows different sizes/hardness. Plastic under sheets (for bed-wetting?) made it hard for bedding to breathe. Iron did not work. Scheduled room-cleaning service that never showed up. But great breakfasts, enviornment, & ambiance!

Anniversary Week Celebration
Our stay was to celebrate our anniversary and it was a nicely located hotel which has easy access to the highway. There are restaurants in close proximity and at least 1 which was in the same parking lot as the hotel. Front desk was friendly and professional. We had to wait about 8 min. since our room was not ready yet. We sat and relaxed on one of their comfy couches out front. They offered us some water as we waited which was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. We did get an Oceanview but hoped for a better view since our direct view was the pool and spa so it was hard to relax on the balcony with noise and constant busyness at the pool. The direct access to the beach was convenient and gave us an awesome view of the night sky which made our Oceanview much better. Thank you for the great stay. We'd stay here again and tell others about this place.

3 hot tubs, great, but no jets working. Great pool, kids enjoyed the pool. Im disappointed with the room. Had to have someone unplug toilet before i could use it. Floor uneven ,the chair kept rolling back. Small rooms for the price, pillows to big and poofy.

Nice for a buddies golf trip!
I live this hotel but they need to work harder on cleaning crew’s attention to details. Upon check in there was no tv remote. Maintenance team brought a replacement within 15 minutes, only to wake up with the first remote under the sheet below me. Next day did not replenish my coffee but maintenance team brought some within 30 minutes! I expect better attention to these small details
