Room was great. Location was great. The guy checking me in was a total tool. I booked on expedia and for some reason there was a delay in the reservation "dowloading" to their system. I waited in their lobby for 45 minutes waiting for the reservation to post. Finally i approached this tool, and said 'let's come up with a solution". I asked him if he could give me the keys and just call me down when the reservation posted. Nope I asked him if he could contact experida. nope He said "you can call expedia". The problem is that there is no phone number, so I had to use a "virtual assistant. Totally useless.. So I went back up to this tool, and told him there is no phone number. He had no ideas to solve the problem. I said "Thanks for nothing". I then told him that I'll just make a separate reservation so at least I could get into a room. He started to make the reservation, when the gal next to him said "look the expedia" hit. The tool said "Okay I'll cancel this new one". Bingo! I said so there was a solution. Create a new reservation, then give me the keys, then cancel the new one when expedia hit. He got so mad, he started yelling at me. I said "dont' raise your voice at me". Anyway long story short, I got a partial refund from expedia so the saga continues. What a tool.
