The male (owner?) who checked us in was very gruff and quite rude at check in, and after. The amount paid at check in was more than I expected (only by $30) and he offered no explanation, saying that "is always this amount." Now that I have had such a bad experience, I want my $30 back. When I was trying to take a photo of the placard with the wifi information, he moved it and slammed it down. I had to move it twice to get the pic I needed. There was NO HOT WATER the first 2 days, so my first two showers were chilly. There was no tea along with the coffee service in the room. When I needed to get my room key reactivated the first time, the female (owner?) was very pleasant, but the second time I needed to get my room key reactivated, I got more attitude and a lecture from the male owner about not keeping the room key near magnets or my cell phone. When I explained that the keys have always been in their own pocket away from my phone, he scoffed at me and said "no way, it does deactivate itself." Again, Why the attitude? Can't we all just get along? And I do want my $30 back, and I do feel like I should I should get a free night for the no hot water and the gruff treatment. Customer Service! It's not that hard- BE NICE!
