Great affordable location in Morro Bay, we were easily able to walk to were we wanted to go. However, the walls are rather thin so you can hear your neighbors if they room you next to anyone.

View of the rock from our room. Big room. Plenty of space with 2 queen beds. Heater worked great. Comfy bed with cotton sheets a must. Easy check in and out. Great price for room condition.

Very communicative through text message. We got there past checking hours however the hotel gave us clear instructions on how to access our hotel key and check out was very easy as well. Quick in and out visit but room was clean and parking was right in front of our room.

Amazing service and incredible location. Super thankful they allow dogs, but the walls are super and if you are on the street side it is super loud. Would definitely stay again but ask for a room on the other side away from the street.

Stayed at Harbor House for one night. The room was very basic, and I could hear loud music and snoring from the neighboring room. The hot water was barely warm enough for a shower. It was adequate for the price, but I'll look for a different option next time.

Enjoyed my stay once again. The staff have always been considerate & helpful. My only source of contention is the parking situation. Spaces are narrow and it can be stressful/impossible to park at times. Mostly caused by inconsiderate guests not parking within the lines
