The staff were very nice. We were there for the Clam festival and it was a walkable distance to the pier. This hotel is a bit run down and I feel it was overpriced even though for weekends prices.

I love staying at the Edgewater the convenience the views the staff are always great my only issue was our mattress in our room was terrible we had to end up trying to flip it result a backache. So a new mattress in that room would be great we will continue to stay there
