Cute property only 5 minute walk from the Embarcadero. Facility is very clean, the sheets were crisp. First place in quite awhile where I felt the sheets were truly clean. Complimentary wine in the afternoon.

Last minute getaway
Great location! Staff was very friendly. The room was a nice size and clean. Breakfast had reheated egg omelets, turkey sausage. Waffle maker, juice, coffee, toast, pastries and oatmeal with fixings. Bed was a little hard for me. No outdoor sitting area to enjoy the view or weather. Plenty of onsite parking.

Very nice stay
We had a wonderful stay. For an older facility the hotel was very clean. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Five stars for staff and 4 stars for facility. I will definitely stay here again.

They have a nice indoor spa that can hold many people, like a mini super heated pool. But it's only open until 830. Also, they were supposed to have breakfast open at 6am but it wasn't open until closer to 7.

Nice staff
Very friendly staff. The bathroom walls and floors weren’t as clean as I expected. Had a plumbing problem that was resolved. Good choices for breakfast.

The front desk staff were very friendly. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Our room had an awesome view of Morro rock. The only complaint I had was that our TV didn’t work and we couldn’t get a hold of the night manager for help. However that issue was resolved.

I’ve stayed here many times. View from ocean view rooms is awesome. Bathrooms were updated, although enclosure is cheaply sealed. Wine each evening is nice. Coffee is good, but I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast.

Unable to use spa
I purposely chose this hotel for the spa. When I arrived the spa was "out of service " for the 3 days I was there. Which was disappointing because I would of chosen another hotel if I would of known. Also breakfast was ok. The turkey sausage was just too processed, same with egg. Makes it not worth it really....

A few issues
The hotel is in a very convenient area with access to everything. We were disappointed that breakfast does not start serving until 7:30 AM. The walls seem to be paper thin and we had some noisy kids next door who seemed to be bouncing off the walls until about 9 PM. We checked out early and found that there was no key drop.
