The pool area was a standout—relaxing, fun, and a great place to unwind after a day exploring Tamarindo or surfing. If you’re looking for a stylish, well-located hotel with excellent service and a laid‑back Costa Rica feel, WET Hotel is a fantastic choice. "First, we arrived by car and the road leading to Lagarta Lodge was rough to navigate, but once we arrived we were thrilled. Daniel greeted us in the lobby with a special drink and a hot moist cloth to was our hands. Our room had a panoramic view of the ocean and sunset. Our balcony was furnished with chairs, a table and a hammock. There were 3 infinity pools (one with a bar and one was a hot tub). Dining on site while watching the sunset was nothing short of remarkable. There was a complimentary shuttle that could take you in and out of Nosara. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the beach and the easy walk along the extended, sandy beach was very enjoyable. Staff were very prompt and attentive."

"Clean room and a small Kitchenette with everything we needed. The staff were all wonderful especially Deigan at the reception desk. Great sense of humour and big smile! The security guards were so helpful with moving beach chairs and cushions for us. The proximity to town is perfect. Far enough away from the noise but only a 7 minute walk. It’s not luxury by any means but is a very functional safe and cozy spot for a reasonable price! "

"Room was exactly as advertised. Super friendly and helpful staff. They were able to supply a crib for our infant daughter. Only a few minutes walk to beach and plenty of restaurants, shops etc. Pool area was great. Can't say enough great things."
