The host was welcoming. The view was amazing and not once did we use the tv. The condo itself fit our needs and was really close to a wheelchair accessible beach. The first half of our stay, the concierge were accommodating and when we would come down the elevator, they would hold the door open for my daughter to be wheeled out in her wheelchair. Very polite and pleasant. The building manager did allow us another parking space due to steep inclines in the garage. Cons..... The master bathroom door had to stay shut which kept the smells of musty wetness in the bathroom. When we'd take a shower, the smell got worse. There was a minor toilet leak which was repaired by the repairman while we waited. The washer smelled like mildew so we opted out of using it. The master bedroom's a/c didn't work but we weren't there throughout the day and at night we turned the thermostat down and was able to be comfortable, so that worked out for us. The last three days of our stay, the lady concierge stopped speaking to us and no longer held the big heavy glass entrance door for my daughter to wheel out in her wheelchair. After the second day of this, I asked the lady if we had upset her or something and I explained the difference of how she used to speak and conversate and hold the door for my daughter but now she doesn't look up when we approach and doesn't assist with the door. She stated that she was busy sorting through Christmas pictures. 5 stars for the view, cleanliness, and comfort.
