The hotel is quite beautiful, chic even. The staff were really accommodating and friendly. I would visit again. I recommend that the restaurant connected to the hotel begin offering vegan/lactose-free options. These options are too scarce in Puerto Rico.

I enjoyed staying at Holiday in. The location is great as it is not on the main Street but 1 house away so it is quiet but also very central. Breakfast buffet was great and having body lotion in the room helped with those burnt shoulders at the end of the day.

Everything was perfect but my actual complaint is the price for the washer and dryer is a little high $5 per wash and dry for each usage. Breakfast was always on time, fresh and kept refreshing continuously until 30 minutes before it finished. They have computers to use 24hrs that work well and have a section that’s like a mini store that sells everything from snacks to different medications. Restaurant, bars, and souvenir shops at walking distance. Walmart 5-8 minutes away and a beach to take sun 2 minute walk, swim at your own risk.

Housekeeper were very loud every morning at 8:00 am with the noises and conversations. They were also slamming doors. And the tvs weren’t working properly. The poor was a bit dirty. I’d go back because it’s good but this issues should be adressed.

The hotel was located in a prime tourist area and within driving distance of Old San Juan. The property was very clean and well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative is parking. The hotel doesn’t have a lot or garage and you have to valet or find street parking. During the busy season street parking is very hard to find and valet is expensive per day.
