Staff was rude. Overbooked so they placed me on a different room from the one i booked. Location is bad. Pool was closed. Do not recommend. First time visiting Puerto Rico and i was really disappointed.

When I 1st arrived I was given keys to a double bed room when I booked and paid extra for a king suite….they ended up switching me to a king room but NOT the one I booked online! As I was in the lobby I heard multiple other guests complaining about the same thing… booking a certain room type and being given something else. So be aware of that! Other than not getting the room I wanted and paid for, the hotel pool was down. The area is good, close to tourist attractions, the airport, and the shopping mall. The cafe they have is also nice and the bar was nice as well. Decent hotel for the price but next time I would probably choose another place.
