It was amazing the staff was great and it’s so close to so many restaurants and beaches! 10/10 experience! The rooms were nice and clean and the AC worked haha!

This is a terrible place to stay. No covers on the sheets or mattress. Towels dirty and the property had construction at 7am by the door. Very bad service at the front desk, not hospitable. Rooms are not like the photos!

Great spot for getting around. Its no Hilton but who needs a glamcation every trip. It was more authentic and local. Parking is hard but to be fair its hard in the whole city. Very nice staff, and helpful. Clean place, small but lovely pool. So many places to dine and explore close by and Old San Juan is a dew bucks worth of an Uber.

Small boutique hotel lack of facilities
Good location and friendly staff. I was disappointed because there was no in room safe as advertised in the description when I booked the hotel. We arrived two days earlier for the cruise and planned to explore San Juan one day before embarking the ship. Although the staff tried to get one for us in the second day afternoon, we already left the hotel early in the morning to explore the city.

We had a lovely experience at the Coral Princess. We upgraded to the queen room, we were on the first floor next to the courtyard which was a very nice room. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. A on the pillows! The pool and courtyard area are cute and charming. Would definitely recommend getting the upgraded room as our travel companions did not and their room was street side and was louder than ours.

I thought the property was beautiful and clean, the front desk staff were amazing and very helpful. The down fall of this hotel was the noise! It was so noisy! We were woken up my the cleaning staff shouting and slamming doors at 6:30am everyday!

This hotel is in a great area, our room was nice and very clean, we stayed here with kids so they really enjoyed the pool. They have other common lounge areas, staff was nice and helpful.

The room smells like mold, the toilet is leaking, the room was worn. I requested a new room and was told they could not give me one. My only option was a refund and to find a new hotel. I am not hapoy with this hotel at all.

Great location but property pictures did not represent actual property accurately. Great location, it was right by the beach, many dining options. The only air conditioned spot in the hotel was the actual room. This is hotel is really more of a motel than a hotel. Hotel personnel was not very responsive when I asked questions via the app. Great for college kids on a budget but I wouldn’t recommend for families or adults.

The property was okay. The property has a cute charm to it. The room was dated but clean. The girl with the curly hair was very helpful and sweet. The location is prime real estate for the area. I mean it’s walkable distance for everything. The only recommendation is maybe bring your own towels because those were hard to come by. Outside of that I would stay there again.
