This stay was absolutely beautiful and very homey! Very spacious, the patio has a very chill vibe, the pool is STUNNING!! And HUGE! The house smelt beautiful when I first walked, in it was very clean! I loved how the house was in a secured neighborhood as well. This house it was close to pretty much everything such as San Juan, Luquillo, condado, cidra, Caguas etc. Oh and Ingrid is also such an amazing person! She is very communicative, super welcoming and informative! She also left an amazing gift basket with Puerto Rico’s most favorite goodies featuring accessories! I would definitely stay here again! :)

Amazing Hospitality in a Quiet Neighborhood!
My college girlfriends and I booked Ingrid’s place for our annual reunion, and had an unforgettable time! Ingrid’s hospitality is absolutely unmatched: she made a little gift basket to welcome us and was so helpful with suggestions for local restaurants and activities. I’ve never stayed at a rental property that was so outfitted; water shoes, beach towels, floaties, so many extra toiletries, fully stocked coffee and tea bar, extra blankets and pillows… the list goes on. Truly felt like I was staying at a friend’s home, and didn’t need to worry about a thing. Definitely bookmarking for our next trip to Puerto Rico!

This truly is a Blessed Home
This is a wonderful home! It is truly a home, filled with everything you could need; you could show up with just your clothes and want for nothing else! Everything, every room, including the pool, was extremely clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with every dish, utensil, pot/pan and appliance, and cooking spice you could want. The beds are comfortable with tons of pillows and blankets. The washer/dryer works well and the pool is so beautiful and refreshing with a nice outside space to relax and hang out together. The air conditioners in every room are super efficient and quiet. Ingrid is a wonderful hostess. She is immediately responsive and a wealth of information. The home is beautifully decorated and she left a welcome basket of goodies upon arrival. There are tons of high quality skin and hair products and nice thick towels to use. Really, it feels like being pampered at a spa but with the privacy of home. The location is very convenient as it’s only 15 minutes to the airport and San Juan, easy to take a ferry to Old San Juan, close to beaches and local restaurants and close to major highways to travel around the island. And the gated community was safe to walk around for morning walks. I highly recommend this property!!!

Perfect Location For Family Vacation
Ingrid went above & beyond for our stay during Christmas. The home was decorated at every level from outside lights, Christmas Tree, Christmas themed candles, & decor. She even left goodies for the kids! Every cabinet was stocked including bathrooms. Filtered water and ice from fridge was great. Security was excellent. Garage was large enough for a Ford Bronco. Smart TV’s worked great and internet never failed us. Power never failed either. The pool was relaxing and clean. Having an outside shower was great for washing sand off. The guest/pool bathroom was a huge bonus for the 5 of us. Everything worked and everything was clean and plentiful. Can’t say enough about our host Ingrid! She was so helpful and recommended our favorite spot to go locally that had excellent brunch & lunch food, coffee, wine, & Puerto Rican desserts. Will book again here!

Family Vacation 2024
Easy check-in and check-out, the house was close to everything you needed or wanted to do like the malls, restaurants, grocery store, walgreens and Casa Barcardi. We were only 13-15 min from the San Juan airport which made it even nicer. The host Ingrid was exceptional and always responded to our questions in a short time. We enjoyed a little visitor a cool cat that would come daily to say hello and he came to see us off when we left. What a great family vacay we had.

Best experience ever with VRBO host!
This trip to Puerto Rico was to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. As soon as we arrived at the property and opened the garage door, there was a huge Happy Birthday banner hung on the wall and as we went through the house, there were birthday decorations and treats in very single room (there was even a bottle of champagne on ice)!! It was so welcoming and thoughtful and started our trip on an amazing note! This same spirit was constant throughout our week long stay... we were hooked up with an amazing fishing charter captain as well as a local tour guide who was 5 stars all the way!! Every time we had a question, Ms.Ingrid responded quickly and thoughtfully and gave us insight on the island and activities that we would have never known if it weren't for her. The gated community is conveniently located and felt completely safe. The house is spacious, the pool and outside area is relaxing, and the house was supplied with every single thing we needed for a comfortable stay. In summary, we had a wonderful time, and know that it was due in large part to the care and helpfulness and hospitality given to us by this 5-star host. Thank you Ms.Ingrid!! We are thankful to have a new friend on the island.

I wanted to have a romantic quiet vacation with my wife and this place was everything I hoped for and more. Ingrid was great from start to finish with communication with the check in process and was very accommodating. If you are on the fence about booking don’t be. Everything you need to have a great time Ingrid has it covered. From a welcome basket with treats to fully stocked kitchen cabinets and beer in the fridge. And the pool was amazing. If you plan on taking a trip to the beach she has you covered in every way. I don’t want to give away all the details and ruin the surprises you will have to see when you book. You will not be disappointed!!! My wife and I absolutely love it

My family and I had never been on vacation together ever and after my diagnosis a couple of years ago with breast cancer we wanted to make sure we created some great new memories . I am cancer free now and having never been to Puerto Rico we thought this would be a great start what a great decision. The host Ingrid was so wonderful, there were welcoming gifts and everything you could think of she had. We felt the love in that home we truly felt welcomed. I will definitely go back and I recommend it to anyone looking to go to book with her. The place was clean and beautiful the pics don’t give it justice.

Perfect home in a perfect location, suits all your needs!
Only stayed 4 days, but home is perfect for short or long stays. Our hostess was a doll. Always available. Very friendly and had a lot of suggestions on where to eat and stuff to see locally. The location is prime. Malls and outlets minutes away, restaurants, supermarket, gas station practically around the corner. Very close to San Juan, close to the main highway to visit the rest of the island, literally 1-2 hours away for day trips. Home was very clean and all amenities a couple or family would need. Every time I opened a drawer or cabinet I wondered why I even bothered to pack so much! The host supplied everything I could imagine, and stocked the fridge with drinks, had the air running upon arrival, the house was always nice and cool. The private pool was so much fun! A lot of floats and enough seating for tanning. Private gated neighborhood, very secure. I communicated with the host by text and phone prior to the trip as I was traveling for my birthday and a personal family reason.The host wonderfully decorated the entrance and even had a few Puerto Rico souvenirs for us! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Hopefully this property is available for my next visit!

Lovely home
The hardest part was finding the community since there's 2/3 others like it. But once we got there it was just 15 mins from the airport. It was cozy and comfortable. Way better in person. Miss. Ingrid was a pleasure to work with. She was patient and kind. Hope to visit again soon

Simply Amazing
I won't go into the fiasco leading up to our arrival (global IT outage). However, the home was better than described and the host was heaven sent. She really laid out the red carpet for my birthday. I was ready to throw in the towel but Ingrid was so calming and reassuring. Like I said heaven sent. All that she did, she didn't have to and we appreciated every special touch. When we return to PR there's no question where we will be staying.

The Best Location and The Best Host and The Best Home
To make first time using VRBO and loved loved loved Miss Ingrid. The home was everything I expected and more. We had a girls trip and all communications from Miss Ingrid was prompt less than an hour. The home was fully stocked with everything you can imagine. Nice contemporary furniture very clean. All of the cabinets were fully stocked with everything from soap powder dishwashing liquid and personal items. Blow dryers hair curlers flat irons I mean she really really made us feel welcome like we were at a family members house and if we forgot anything we were welcome to use anything she had. She even went as far as having coolers for the beach beach hat Beach shoes floaties I mean it was really nice.

Birthday Vacation
I was celebrating my birthday. Ingrid was aware prior to arrival. When we arrived there was a guard and the community is gated. The check in process was easy and quick. Ingrid was very attentive to us. When entering the house it was very clean and smelled beautifully. Ingrid surprised me with gifts, balloons, and even had Sparkling Wine chilling for us. Everything was as close as you can get to PERFECTION!!! Everything that you could possibly need was available for us. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!!! 10/10 is what we’ve collectively rated our stay!!! Thank you again Ingrid for being an incredible host!!!

Awesome getaway!
We had a great time! Ingrid was easy to communicate with and responded timely. The house was very clean & tidy. We were welcomed with a basket full of goodies. It was really nice to walk in & see that. We truly felt welcomed. :) The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walks in the morning. The privacy in the back yard & the pool was awesome. The house was spacious and clean, more than enough room for our family of three. It could’ve easily accommodated more. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were nice. The pool area was very nice with an extra half bathroom outside. The host was welcoming, attentive and provided everything that you would ever need to be on vacation from beach towels to coolers, sunblock, water shoes, food, cooking supplies and even a complementary gift basket.

We all over enjoyed ourselves. You won’t need anything, but the host made sure that for all types of guest, that she knew how to prepare for all essential needs. From the moment we entered her property, the aroma just made you feel so welcome and comfortable. The kids definitely enjoyed the pool, since they had access whenever they wanted to cool off. From coffee to water shoes, she had everything you think you may need. The area was pretty quiet. The whole house was clean and everything was organized and in place. I would definitely stay again. Ms Ingrid is an amazing host! Before our arrival she gave very specific and detailed instructions on how to access the secured community and get in the house. Because I have young girls, she asked if we celebrated Easter so she could get them a little something since our arrival was Easter Sunday. A little something was a huge basket overflowing with all sorts of chocolates and other goodies for the girls. Not only that but she had another basket for all of us to share! It honestly was so much we had to leave some behind as we didn’t have the space in luggage to carry it. The beautiful home is also well stocked with just about everything you could need. I had mentioned that I would stop at Walmart to pick some things up before coming but she suggested I come to the house first to see what was there. She was right. There were fresh eggs and fruits, beer and champagne, water, all sorts of seasoning, cooking oils, canned goods, milk, coffee, tea, lotions, soaps and not the cheap off brand stuff-very premium products-and she encouraged us to help or selves to whatever and make ourselves at home. The private pool area was great with a bbq area, again, with chairs, inflatables-even water shoes, hats, towels and a bathroom and outdoor shower. I’m going to run out of room.Book this property, you will not regret it. And visit Cayey to try pernil: Mojito de Lechonera. I wish I had more space. Thank you Ms Ingrid. You’re awesome! Truly ☺️

Quiet home in San Juan
The hostess was amazing. She left gifts and local goodies for our arrival and was very quick to respond in communication. The house was very spacious and well stocked. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and pool. It’s a safe gated neighborhood away from the tourist hustle and bustle. That said, you do have to drive everywhere, which was a pain with San Juan traffic. It is an open house so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Birds chirp early and neighbors have dogs that woke us up every AM. We were able to walk to get groceries and Walgreens (less than 10 min walk) which was nice. Enjoyed our stay!

WHAT A BLESSING!!!!
This will forever be our Home Away from Home! The house was clean, bright and welcoming. This trip was for my husband's 60th birtgday. I informed Ingrid of the reason for our vacation and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! The house was decorated with balloons not just in the living room but in the master bedroom AND THE POOL!!! along with cake drinks and dinner!!!! I wish i could upload the pictures. She also had a beautiful gift basket with local treats and such!! The communication with Ingrid was excelent. What ever you want or need she will help. We had a few massages at the house that she arranged (Maria Christina has magical hands!!!) Everything you need as far as pots pans cooking utensils, bbq, laundry exceded my expectations. We left so relaxed. This was such a peaceful relaxing HOME. Im allready planning our next trip for later this year. Thank You Ingrid for your gracious hospitality.
