So first let me say the owner didn’t give us any problems super nice . Far as the property itself it is false advertising. We had a 3day stay we had no hot water had to take a cold shower the shower water barely come out, there was roaches the walls looked like it had a lick no small towels,sheets had stains,and should definitely let people know this is a small apartment complex not a house.

NO HOT WATER. TERRIBLE WATER PRESSURE. CATS ALL OVER PROPERTY.
I hated it! Not even gonna lie. There were cats all over the property, even snuck into our room a few times when our door was open. There were roaches by the refrigerator every single night. Bed was uncomfortable. Please don’t waste your time or money.

It was nice and close to where I needed to be and was fast and easily booked paid for for the price advertised with tax of course but still all in all it was wonderful for the last night there since we left the resort a day before our flight so it worked perfect, host was nice!

The wifi barely worked. The water never got hot, all of the outlets were loose and plugs would fall out. Property swarming with cats and my sister and I are allergic and was unaware of all of the cats living on the property.

We only needed a place to stay for approximately 12 hrs before our flight out. It definitely did what we needed for this but i wanted to shower before flying out and there was no hot water.

We did not find this place. It was impossible to find. I contacted the owner more than once to help us find it but she answered 2 hours later. By then we had found another place to stay. We waisted our money in this place that we did not even stay at.

Short stay
We just needed somewhere to stay before going back to the airport. This was a perfect location, as it was close to the airport and car rental return. The check in process was easy and i appreciated the communication from the owner/ manager. I would stay again.

The room was very clean for the most part except that one of the pillows smelled like BO. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were hard as rocks. The owner changed my reservation last minute because they rented the original room out thru another service. Over all as a last resort I guess its not bad.

I was disgusted with this property. There was roaches on the couches, in the shower, 2 dead bugs on the bed. I contacted the host and she was very rude about it and refused to refund me. I was in the property for about 10 minutes until finally deciding to leave and go get a hotel. The host refused to take accountability and kept calling me a liar and threatened to call the police on me. It was a disaster!

Close property to the airport
The set up was perfect for what we needed for our last night in PR. The outside patio was a nice place to sit and relax to unwind from all the things that we did. The host was exceptional with communicating with us during our stay and helping us find the property when the Uber driver dropped us at the wrong place.

The unit was close to the airport and clean, no bugs. The window blinds were tattered, cooktop was completely rusted, some pots & pans but no cooking utensils, paper plates but no eating utilities, the door had no knob or handle to pull the door shut on the inside. I will never stay hear again & I advise no one else to ever stay here.

We have stayed at this place last year because of its close location to the airport since we had an early flight. Location and price was very convenient. This stay was not pleasant. There was hair all over the floors, the bed was more uncomfortable than I remember, the blinds were broken where you can see directly into the room/no privacy and the worst part was the bugs on the floors. We checked in around 5/6pm showered then went to dinner. When we returned there were ants and some type of worms on the floor that somehow reached my luggage. Our entire 10 stay we didn’t see any of those bugs.

A good stop before a very early flight. Very convenient to the airport and found a nice bakery for dinner. Street parking was not hard to find, but not quite in front of the apartment. The neighborhood had a lot of character, some houses very nice, some a little rough. The neighborhood seemed friendly. The apartment building was charming and the outside shared patio was a great place for dinner. The AC keeps you nice and cool.
