Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with private balcony just steps from the sand. Beach and grounds are quiet and peaceful but close to water sport activities, bars and restaurants. Grounds are gated and offer sand volleyball, tennis and basketball courts as well as heated pool and playground.

Nestled between the Wyndham Vacation Club and St. Regis Resort, we offer miles of safe and beautiful beach to enjoy. Only 10 minute drive to El Yunke National Forest (a must see).

All new bathrooms and kitchen. Well stocked kitchen. Great location. View of water from balcony. Hector (host) was awesome and very quick to respond. Highly recommend this location.

Hector’s beachfront condo in Rio Grande
We had such a wonderful stay at Hector’s place. This was our 4th stop during our trip and it was our favorite accommodation. The condo is beautiful and so clean. We had all the amenities we could need including great new beach chairs. The beach was steps from the apartment with a gated entrance. We enjoyed the pool, dedicated parking space and location convenient to El Yunque. We would love to stay here again.Thanks Hector for a great stay.

Excellent place to stay
We took our grandson now 18 who had never been to Puerto Rico. We were looking for a place that was as advertised and we came upon this property and booked it. We are glad we did. The place was clean and had all amenities, the pool and the area surrounding it was well taken care of. The beach was as advertised steps away from the property. I would defiantly go back and stay here.
