Casa Roca is a beautiful two-bedroom house with private swimming pool situated on top of the hill overlooking the town of San Juan Del Sur, in El Oro development.
With breathtaking ocean and valley views, this is the perfect get away place if you want to relax and enjoy nature while all the amenities of town are nearby.

Less than 10 min drive from the town of San Juan Del Sur, Casa Roca is the perfect vacation home for someone looking to have all the amenities of town nearby while retreating to a peaceful hideaway tucked into the mountains surrounding town.

Entering through the main entrance of this custom built home immediately displays the breathtaking ocean and valley views that sit beyond the patio and pool. The center of the home contains the living room and kitchen which are filled with natural sunlight due to the home’s open concept. Casa Roca has two large bedrooms with glass sliding doors which exit out to the patio. Also, each bedroom has it’s own full bathroom with closet space. The patio area connects to each bedroom as well as the living room and has ample space for relaxing under the shade for sunset drinks, morning coffee, or after a dip in the pool.
The patio connects to the pool area which then leads to the large 1 Acre landscaped garden which has various mature fruit trees, plants and a fire pit.
For your rainy nights we have a Smart TV that is connected to an unlocked Android box. This gives you access to tones of TV series and movies.

If you have any questions, we have a local caretaker and security guard on site 24/7. The owners are also available to contact by email in English, French or Spanish.

A vehicle is necessary to reach this house. It is also preferable to have a 4x4.

A/C is available for an extra fee of 7$ per day\room. The house has many ceiling fans witch keeps it cool. The most part of the year, a/c is not necessary. You can decide once on site if you want it or not.

tres bien!
Nous y avons passés 11 nuits (3 adultes et 2 enfants de 4 et 7 ans). c'est une très belle maison avec une très jolie vue. Tout est bien pensé, ce qui rend la maison très agréable à vivre. Aucun soucis pour y venir avec des enfants. Le personnel s'occupant de l’extérieur (jardin/piscine) est très efficace et très discret. La maison est sur les hauteurs de San Juan sans commerce ni restaurant à proximité ce qui veut dire 10-15 min de trajet pour se rendre en ville, par contre cela permet d'être complétement au calme avec comme seul bruit celui de la nature. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour y retournerons avec grand plaisir!! Attention toutefois à quelques recommandations de base qui concernent la région en général : éviter de marché pieds nus il y a des scorpions ( nous en avons tuer 5 au cours de notre séjours), et comme spécifier dans l'annonce, une voiture 4*4 est vivement recommandée surtout en saison des pluies.
