Very dirty with coach roaches in the buffet . Street noise so loud you couldn’t sleep, it was a nightmare. Toilets were not even cleaned , who knows if the sheets were washed. Just say no !! Don’t stay here !!!
Staff is good, breakfast buffet is best in San Jose but features are worn out. Carpeting in rooms are nasty, the beds are old and nasty it’s been neglected as if new owners have taken over or they just don’t care to maintain or upgrade. It’s gross and all the rooms feel dirty and worn out. Every room needs new hvac, new flooring, new drapes, new paint, new beds, it all needs to be gutted.
Room was clean and comfortable. Inclusive breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful and accommodating!

I have never been treated so badly in my life! The restaurant staff was AWESOME though, especially Arturo. The manager and the rest of the staff were unfriendly and guarded the place like it was a prison facility. Always checking me everytime I walked in to make sure I was staying there. I put up with that for 1 day and then checked out. Awful parking arrangements, getting in and out was always a task. I will never set food in a Wyndham Hotel again!
I was visiting a friend and was not able to even sit in my room and have a conversation with him." The Manager" whoever he was, belittled me in front of my friend and the staff standing there with no clearly understood explanation why I was being treated this way.. It was clear that I was not happy there. I left and found a great new place to stay, with friendly helpful staff who appreciated my stay at the Park Inn.. I have been all over the world traveling and have never been treated so bad and been so unhappy as I was there.
Located in downtown San Jose but the hotel is outdated & needs improvements. The photos are misleading...the lounge/bar area is nice but rooms need updating. The breakfast was amazing..plenty of options & great coffee!!
Very friendly staff, easy check in and had a good breakfast. Stayed for one night en route to Arenal. Everything was great and as pictured, however the hotel had a bit of a funny smell. Not overpowering, but that’s my only complaint.

At check in it seemed their person who checked us in was training. We had dinner at the hotel and the waiter was overworked and the bar was understocked. The waiter was very attentive in the beginning but then was alone and had to deal with the other tables herself. We asked for our check and it took 30+ mins and we finally just thought to leave and have the room charged. The front desk called to ask if they could come up and take a card payment. This had to happen since a credit card was not asked for at check in. Also I called Expedia and confirmed with them before booking that free airport shuttle was offered and they said yes. The hotel actually offers the shuttle at certain times. I was told there would be no charge and that was incorrect. Online it says the shuttle starts at 6am and they wanted to take us at 4am.
I liked the sunrise view but I didn’t like the fact it hat there was black mold in the shower grout. It took several days for me to figure out why my eyes and nose were irritated and I found the mold after 2 days of staying there. It had irritated my throat as well. Black mold is very dangerous to my respiratory system.
