We needed a place to stay for one night before our flight out of San Jose at the end of our trip. It turned out this hotel was right across the street from our car rental return office. Couldn't be more convenient than that. We rented from vamos, car company. Highly recommend them as well. The hotel was clean, quiet and everyone was very friendly. The shuttle worked perfectly. Everything was great!

I was given a room, but the key didn’t work. I received a new key from the front desk. It worked, but my internet code didn’t. I was told I had been given the wrong room. I had to move, even though I’d unpacked. New room dirty, light bulb out. Complained. Given a card for free meal. Food was amazing!

We arrived late and ordered room service. We were pleasantly surprised, the food was terrific, and the room was spotless The staff was extremely helpful in explaining our options for the airport shuttle. It was a short stay, and went smoothly.

Close to the airport and has a free shuttle that runs every 15 mins. We chose this property for one night so that we would be near the airport for our flight. It's a cute property, but darn the birds are very loud. Our room was dark as there was no ceiling light just a lamp between the beds and a desk lamp. No big issues though.
