The property overall is outdated and needs to be renovated. The carpet in the rooms and hallways are stained and need to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned. During my stay there was issues with the hot water in the shower not working. I had to take cold showers in the morning and nights because the hot water was not working probably due to the mixing valve in the shower or maybe something else. Despite the staff effort to keep the property clean, overall, everything is dated, beginning to show its wear and tear. Almost felt like I was back in the 70s staying at this place.

Upon arrival, went to check in and Expedia never relayed our stay to the hotel. The people at the front desk were some of the most rude people I’ve dealt with in a long time. They wouldn’t allow me to speak with a manager either. The bar we went to, to get food took 45 minutes to bring our food out and we were the only people there. This place is awful. Will not be coming back. Stay away if you can.

You check in at one end of the building then get very vague directions to the wrong area. Once you get to where the rooms are, you are on the wrong side of the hotel once again because no one seems to know where anything is. I am handicapped and had to walk all over this place to get to my room. I requested a handicap accessible room and it was far from that. The room itself was nice but the employees do not care about anything rude and inconsiderate.

The room was extremely hot ac didn’t work and there were no trash bags in the trash bins and bathroom had hair on countertop around sink. The entrance and lobby and pool area are beautiful however very deceiving as the rooms were not any better than a motel 6. Highly disappointed

Our convention was at this property. Plenty of space for classes and very close to airport with free shuttle was nice. Rooms are large, but the carpet is very old, ceiling tiles in rooms, no microwave or fridge in room so you have to waste leftover food from the restaurants downstairs. Property overall needs an update.
