Welcome to our completely remodeled guest house with modern luxury furnishings, dedicated parking, business class Internet, Wifi 6 coverage. Centrally located in the heart of silicon valley, walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, Caltrain station and minutes away from SJC, Convention Center, SAP Center, Levi's Stadium, and downtown San Jose!

We are committed to make sure your stay is enjoyable so please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything!

Our guest suite is completely remodeled in 2021 (it is attached to the main house). The measurement of the suite is 16’7” x 9’6”, but it has its own private entrance through the backyard (nothing is shared), fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, mid-century modern furnishings, Samsung Frame TV, fast mesh network WiFi (~120Mbps), full size bed, etc. The suite will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.

You will be able to self check-in with smart lock, but please confirm your reservation and checkin instruction and ask any question beforehand, especially when you plan to checkin really late - we might be at sleep.

An unique virtual key will be generated automatically for the duration of your stay. The key will be valid starting at 3:00pm of the check-in date and expired at 11:00am on the check-out date.

To ensure we have a safe and secure place for everyone staying with us. Your door will be automatically locked in 30 seconds. The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7 around the perimeters of the house. Make sure to put down the correct number of guest who will be staying with you in the reservation and informed us through Airbnb app if there are any changes in advanced.

NOTE: You will be sharing the backyard with guests from a separate Airbnb unit which is the main house. However, you will barely notice if there is anyone there since the unit has a completely separate entrance, address and parking. Finally, our backyard is still work in progress, so you might see us occasionally working on landscaping or decorating the backyard.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. I have a few concerns about my stay. The smoke detector was in the desk drawer, should have been installed in the ceiling. I could never get the TV to work. It took forever for the hot water to kick in. There was no outside light over door. The chain lock for the door was broken and in the cutlery drawer. The latch on the bathroom window is broken. These things should all be taken care of if you want a 5 star rating.

Disappointing
After arriving I realized the photos must have been taken with a wide-angle lens. This is a very small unit. I should have paid more attention to the room measurements in the listing and realized that the furniture and kitchen area take up most of the 16'7" x 9'6" space. The towels were threadbare. San Jose has an amazing climate and I was looking forward to sitting outside. The chair cushions were too dirty to sit on and the ground was mostly dirt.
