A beautiful three bedroom detached, new build villa ten minutes walk from the Mar Menor shores in the lovely, picturesque town of Santiago de la Ribera, which provides many bars, good restaurants and local amenities. There is also a small passenger ferry which operates regularly during the summer months, which can take you to the popular La Manga region (approx ten euros per person). The house is just five minutes drive from the AP7 and a variety of supermarkets including an Overseas Iceland store, Lidl, Aldi and Mercadona. The main sitting room (60 sqm) incorporates a well equipped kitchen with Halogen Induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a built-in filter drinking water tap. There is a separate utility room housing a washing machine.

The property has one double poolside bedroom downstairs and an en-suite shower room providing his and her basins. There are two double bedrooms upstairs, both of which have their own en-suite shower rooms. Both bedrooms have direct access onto the large, first floor solarium. The property faces directly South and is adjacent to San Blas pine wood. It is not overlooked by any other buildings, therefore enjoying total privacy. Nearby, there is a children's park providing swings, slides etc. There is space for one car on the drive although this is not necessary as there is always ample space for parking on the road outside the property.
