Nice room, friendly staff, especially the bell man. The breakfast was disappointing. Location is excellent at walking distance of fisherman's wharf. Be aware that the parking is not suitable for bigger cars. we had to park in the parking across the street, but this was cheaper than the one in the hotel.

We had a great time at the Hotel Riu Plaza Fisherman's Wharf. The hotel is fantastic. The rooms are great, the staff is very helpful and nice, the location is amazing, and the services provided are outstanding!

Clean lobby. I love the fire pits they have out front! Makes the hotel very welcoming. When there were 3 people in line, another person opened up to help check-ins. They were also gracious enough to hold our luggage. Beautiful place!

The room we received had ants and wasn’t cleaned very well as there was hair from the previous guests. The walls are also thin so every movement anywhere near the room whether in the hallways or from a neighboring room or above us was heard in our room. For what was paid for this hotel, I expected MUCH better than the overpriced budget hotel we stayed in. The staff we interacted with were professional and always a delight.
