A good stay, more effort needed to correct issue.
There was a noise issue during my stay, which was only partially resolved, is the main reason for my lower rating. Great service from the front of house and restaurant team! Food was very good.

Great hotel really classic. Awesome location right in the city. Great help from staff re local eateries and travel and attractions. Older hotel but clean and well looked after, rooms a bit smaller if you are used to more modern hotels but no issue for our family of 3.

Paid for high floor with city view. Was on 5th floor with a very limited view. When booking it said that was the total cost everything including but ended up having to pay an additional $40 resort fee at check out. Hotel and staff were great, not sure if the issue is with it hotel or a misprint on hotels.com

The staff are extremely friendly and the hotel is beautiful. It was a bit steep for valet parking, $72, but that was all they had. All in all, we really enjoyed our trip.
