The most central location, closest to all major trains and buses. The BART is around the corner. Comfy bed and quiet hotel. Staff was great! They let me have a late check out. Would stay here again!

Hotel ok. Not clear that parking had to be paid for. Would have parked elsewhere if I had known. No hairdryer provided which is off. Poor lighting, flickering and generally needed better lighting in the room.

Excellent hotel, very clean. Friendly staff. The area was ok but it's SF so can't expect better. Be aware that will be charged $40 additional per day for "amenities"

Second time staying here! Place was a central location for us to get around with restaurants and sites nearby. Used the valet for $55 per night where my vehicle was safe behind a closed garage! The restaurant on site is nice with a great vibe, nice bar, and good food.

Jacuzzi Suite is Awesome Great Quality/Price
We really love this hotel. Its location is great. It’s very close to great shopping. We always get the room with the Jacuzzi tub. The tub is big enough for two people to fit comfortably. The tub itself looks a bit worn, but operates great. The rooms are updated, clean, and clean. The beds are comfortable as well. They have a restaurant/bar that we enjoyed. This is our go-to hotel in San Francisco. You really can’t beat it for the price.
