Expensive stay in SF
Stayed the night for the convenience of our concert that was held across the street. Staff was friendly, but a little confusing when giving details about parking. Both front desk and parking assistant weren't on the same page. Room was clean but small. There were a lot of scuff marks under the window on the wall ans on the walls in the bathroom. I took pictures so I'm not charged for them. Bed was okay. Nothing special. The pillow I slept on was not good. It hurt my neck and I couldn't get comfy. I didn't sleep well. There is a rooftop bar/restaurant that my husband and i were looking forward to eating at before the show. However, we didn't get to enjoy it due that it was closed for a private event. I called the hotel a few days before to ask about parking and the restaurant. They said it would be open..when we checked in, it was closed and we couldn't eat before. I wish they would have told us about the event before and not when we checked in so we could have planned something else. Overall it was a decent stay and super convenient for our plans. However $90 to park with a $430 one night is crazy! I dunno if I would book here again, because it so expensive.

Amazing stay right next to the park. Definitely my new favorite hotel in SF. Bed was super comfy. Great view of the park. Ordered room service and the food was delicious. Easy check in. Valet was quick. Room was super quiet.

Oracle Park gem, but no upgrades for Hotels.com
A very nice place to stay if you are doing to any event at Oracle Park, with an enjoyable rooftop lounge. Hotels.com members beware: this property does NOT receive room upgrades upon request, as stated in the Hotels.com app (although the app says, “upon availability,” we were assured any 3rd party booking services are NOT entitled to upgrades of any sort, regardless of VIP or Platinum status). The rooms are clean, and most everyone was extremely professional and helpful. Of all the wonderful staff members we encountered, only the first person we experienced was less-than-receptive and friendly. Also, if you have a bottle of wine in your package, make sure to ask. The staff member we encountered first, would not have offered unless prompted. The housekeeping staff is exceptional, and much appreciated. Overall, we would return for any Oracle events in the future.

They did not check the messages that I left through the app. They moved medical equipment off of a luggage cart when I specifically asked them not to move the medical equipment. They have one light switch for the entire room. Every single light was on one light switch and that also turned off the outlet that the medical equipment was plugged into; so when we turned off the light it also turned off the medical equipment. There was an iPad that was supposed to have room controls, but it wouldn't connect so I couldn't do anything with it. Come to find out, when it connected the next day, it too only had "turn off all lights" instead of any actual control in the room. When I spoke to the people at the front desk they had no idea how to handle something like this other than offer another room, which, one, couldn't do because the medical equipment was already hooked up, and, two, wouldn't make any difference if all the rooms are the same. To top it off, I was asked by Expedia if we received our VIP bottle of wine which we never did, though I'm assuming that was baked into the cost of the room. When I asked to speak to the manager, first, they didn't tell the manager I was asking for them so when they came out to the front desk I had no idea they were the manager and they didn't know to ask after me; so I stood in the lobby for a good 10 minutes until I finally asked again and I was told, "Oh, the manager's right here," which was annoying. All told it was a frustrating stay

Went to SF to go to the Giants game, the location was perfect! The bed, pillows, room temperature was perfect. The tablet was a good addition love controlling the lights and music from the tablet. The front desk agents were really nice and love the coffee in the morning and the lemon water though out the day.
