Everything is great EXCEPT if you are driving. No street access, off-site parking, like at Union Square for $44 a night. Other than that, great.

The hotel is on Powell St, in Union Square which is a great area. The stay was great, clean hotel too. I was reading all the reviews and some were talking about no parking, but we parked right on the corner, underground parking in Union Square Garage which is very convenient and safe. I loved the location and everything else in this hotel.

The location and the simplicity of this hotel makes it worth the affordable price. The room is small yet effective. No microwave, fridge or even ice at the hotel. A small tv is placed on a corner wall which makes it an awkward watch from the bed. Clean place but slightly outdated. If you are traveling with a car just keep in mind the daily pay of $45 in order to keep your car in a safe parking location. Solid 7/10.

Receptionists weren’t friendly, I reported about noise alarm like at the floor during last night of staying, it was just “sorry about it” from their side. Also, at first day of staying, I reported about sink leaking at my room. The only response was, “do you want us to fix that now?” I didn’t even know what to say, I just report on their sink issue, simply.

Absolutely loved my hotel room, such a cool and beautiful hotel. The fire escape balcony’s give it a little New York feel 😊 and love the security! You need your key card to get in the front door so that means people can’t just be randomly entering the building.
