Front desk Filipino lady was rude when we checked in. Didn't even greet us with a " Good Morning" or a "Welcome". She made the checkin process really painful. Infact, when called customer service to complain, i got connected to another female located overseas, which was also rude, and sarcastic. We've been coming to stay at this hotel for many years, and i will never come back because of the treatment my family and i received.

The property did not have running hot water. They didn’t even notify me upon checking in on Friday. I had to find it right before trying to take a shower on Saturday morning. They finally started notifying guest sometime in the day on Saturday. This was not a pleasant stay.

Mediocre stay
They have no double queen bed ADA rooms. The elevators kept breaking down which made it difficult as I was traveling with my 92 year old mother. The room was fun and so was the breakfast. Desk staff were friendly but not helpful.
